Work Description:
This color slide features an installation view at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Viewed through a doorway, a portion of Jackson Pollock's "Autumn Rhythm (Number 30)" (1950, cropped) appears on the left, followed by Adolph Gottlieb's "Thrust" (1959), Robert Motherwell's "Open Number 37 (in orange with charcoal line)" (1968), and Ellsworth Kelly's "Blue Green Red" (1963). David Smith's sculpture "Becca" (1965) partially obscures Mark Rothko's "No. 16" (1960, cropped), which is on display in a distant gallery in the background.
