The material contains correspondence mainly between George Abend and Patricia Still. Patricia was writing as a mediator while Clyfford Still was out of town. The letters consist of George Abend discussing potential work opportunities in the greater Los Angeles area, requesting Clyfford Still to serve as a reference, and general correspondence about his life. There is a letter from Clyfford Still to Anna Davis Abend sending his condolences after the passing of George. Other materials included are George's resume, a memorial program, and a retrospective exhibition announcement. The materials are from 1964 or 1976.
