This file contains correspondence between Charles Millard and Patricia Still. The correspondence begins when Millard takes up the role as director of the Ackland Art Museum at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill in 1987. After seeing Patricia Still's donation of pictures to the Metropolitan Museum, he writes to ask for a possible of donation to the Ackland Art Museum. Patricia Still replies to decline. Millard writes again in 1992 to discuss the traveling European show of Clyfford Still's work and to arrange a visit with Patricia. They also discuss his work at the Ackland Art Museum.
