This file contains the correspondence between Patricia Still and Thomas Kellein in his role as Director of the Kunsthalle Basel and curator of the Clyfford Still (1904-1980): The Buffalo and San Francisco Collections exhibition that saw the collections of the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art and the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo come together for a five city tour. Kellein regularly kept Mrs. Still apprised on the planning of the exhibition, however, much of their correspondence discusses the planning and creation of the exhibition's catalog. This includes planning Kellein's research trips to visit Patricia in Maryland, potential content for the book, discussions around formatting, and usage of the Still's personal photographs.
