This file contains newspapers and magazines about Pat Lannan taking control of a Milwaukee railroad, then there are a number of telegrams inviting Still to watch American football and Lannan's awe of Still's artworks, Still confirms that Lannan has received a painting by Still in Chicago, Lannan and Still share pleasantries upon their interactions and Lannan agrees to pay for the painting once he receives an invoice but Still refuses to charge Lannan, in early 1959 Patricia Still informs Mr Lannan that they would like the painting back as it was a loan, Mr. Lannan eventually paid Still $15,000 for a painting he purchased from Still in February 1959, in Forbes magazine Lannan identifies Still's work as sure-fire investments in art, there are tickets and permissions to the club at Yankee Stadium (Lannan was a part owner of the Kansas City Athletics), Lannan offers to loan his Still in the Worlds Fair to the Metropolitan Museum of Art (Still recommends against it), Lannan sends his regrets upon Still's death, and Lannan's foundation notifies Patricia Still that the painting 1958 Untitled to the Art Institute of Chicago.
