This typewritten catalog lists the seven artworks shown by Clyfford Still in the exhibition "15 Americans" at the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Each entry documents information concerning the paintings' materials, provenance, measurements, and publication and exhibition histories. On view April 9 through July 27, 1952, the group exhibition featured a diverse range of representational and abstract artworks by fifteen American painters and sculptors. Curator Dorothy Miller arranged for the presentation of multiple compositions by these artists, which served as a departure from typical contemporary art surveys wherein one artwork represented each artist. Still exhibited these seven paintings in a gallery space exclusively dedicated to his artwork alone.
