This black and white photograph depicts an installation view of the exhibition “Memorial Installation of Paintings by Clyfford Still” at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in California. From left to right, PH-115 (1951), PH-175 (1947), PH-143 (1955), and PH-136 (1947) line the gallery wall. On view July 15 through August 10, 1980, the small installation of four paintings honored the memory of the late artist, who passed away in June of that year.
