Work Description:
This black and white photograph depicts the aftermath of a blizzard that occurred in Westminster, Maryland in 1966. Photographed from the back porch of Clyfford Still's farm, the image captures a tractor plowing snow from the road adjacent to the farmhouse. The side of the farmhouse, which partially obscures the sun, appears at the right, while the porch's concrete-block railing occupies the lower portion of the image. Deep snow covers the fields surrounding the farm.
