This color photograph depicts the installation of PH-379 (1950) at the Maryland Institute College of Art, where it was exhibited from November 1970 to January 1971. Eugene "Bud" Leake, the institution's president, and an unidentified man lift the painting in preparation for its installation in a foyer at the college. A massive decorative column appears against the wood-paneled wall in the background.
