Work Description:
This black and white photograph depicts the Chateau Lake Louise in Alberta, Canada. The massive hotel structure features a tower, rows of windows, and ground-level arcades. A circular dirt driveway provides access to the complex. On the bank in the left foreground, several trees occupy a grassy area near a cabin-like building on stilts. These trees partially obscure the receding expanse of the grand hotel. Mountains and trees appear in the distance.
