Viewed from the opposing sidewalk, the brick structure's austere front entrance appears in both photographs. Three sets of elongated columns support the porch's central awning, which extends upward to the second floor. Two stained glass windows frame the door, while a small balcony overlooks the wraparound porch below. Bushes line the residence's foundation.
