Photographed and developed by Sandra Still, this black and white contact sheet features two images of Clyfford Still posing before the barn that functioned as his studio in Westminster, Maryland. The artist wears a long dark coat over a white shirt and tie. He holds a pair of glasses in his right hand. In both photographs, Still faces his left; however, in the upper image, he looks upward, whereas in the lower image, he looks downward. The sun illuminates his features.
