Work Description:
|
This colorful painting is filled with white pigment in which various vertical color fields are spread across the work from left to right. The largest field is painted with a deep brown pigment, sits along the left edge of the work, and spans roughly over to one-third of the way across the canvas. Next, a vertical bolt of purple shoots up from the bottom center edge and runs parallel to the right edge of the brown field. Near the bottom right corner, an irregular green form floats amidst the white background. Directly above this form, a much smaller, crimson red shape hovers near the right edge. Lastly, a small yellow form overlaps the right edge just above center. This photograph also shows a pigment transfer from the red form located directly above the yellow shape that appears to be an additional pink shape.
