Work Description:
|
Disjointed, swirling forms in black swim across this small, narrow composition filling the center, bottom right, and top left quadrants. Unpainted canvas is exposed in areas absent of the black paint. A central, vertical orange form floats amidst the black just left of center. Smaller, more fragmented forms in crimson and yellow flutter at top left, and two blue dabs of paint are seen at top center. Another yellow form enters the scene along the work's lower right edge, brown pigment rises from bottom center and two parallel ovoid forms in white are placed in the dark form at right, just below center.
