Work Description:
|
Frenzied, vibrating forms are placed along the right edge and at the top center of this primarily unpainted canvas. The paint was applied directly out of the tube in hectic, swirling strokes. The form on the right is composed of yellow, red, and maroon pigment. Orange and red pigment was used to create the floating form at top right center, and various shades of blue compose the floating figure at top left center. A small yellow form floats to the left of the blue, and an even smaller black shape rests on the top left edge. Rising vertical white lines enter along the bottom edge, reaching up towards the larger, more vivid shapes above.
