Work Description:

A fluttery black form fills the top half of this vertical composition. Unpainted canvas dominates the painting's remaining areas, though small ocher forms rise along the bottom edge. An isolated red form floats near the center of the work, below the black form and surrounded on all sides by unpainted canvas. Tiny flashes of yellow, blue and white puncture the unpainted field surrounding the red form.
