Work Description:
|
A large red form rises from the bottom edge of this almost square composition into the unpainted composition until it stops just above center. Black forms surrounded by a thick border of brown are set amidst the red along the lower third of the work. One of the black forms is set apart from its surroundings along the lower right edge. It is surrounded by bare canvas and highlighted by two blue lines. Two fluttery green forms interject the red and brown at the center. A subtle yellow lifeline falls vertically from the top center edge down towards the red and green forms at center. White pigment shoots off either side of the yellow lifeline into the bare canvas beyond.
