Work Description:
|
Thick, majestic crimson pigment covers the canvas. A black form dissects the canvas diagonally, from the bottom left corner up to the top right. As it emerges from the bottom left corner, it runs vertically along the left edge before zig-zagging over to center, where it shoots straight up to the top edge, where it grows horizontally and extends off the top right corner. Flickers of orange appear in three distinct areas of the black form, though the most noticeable of the three shoots up from the center towards the top edge.
