Work Description:
|
In this vibrant work, canary yellow overtakes a large portion of the canvas, reaching upwards from the bottom middle of the composition and curving to the right at the top. The solidity of the yellow is disrupted by a wide form entering from the right. Filling up the achromatic space are a cream and black form with two bursts of crimson and garnet, all of which are bordered by bare canvas perimeters. On the left side, an orange-yellow vertical form emerges, stretching from the top to the bottom of the work. Bare canvas again appears to interrupt, offering a separation between the two tones of yellow, especially at the top left corner. A small application of cream is present, as well as an even smaller blue splash of color which are both surrounded by a border of bare canvas.
