Work Description:
|
This small painting illustrates a stylized farmer wearing overalls and a yellow shirt seated on the ground in a wheat field. Wheat stalks rise around the figures torso and he holds an unidentifiable object in his left hand. The scene is reminiscent of Millet and Van Gogh.
