Work Description:
An isolated pale yellow, organically-shaped form floats in the center of the vertically-oriented composition. The top half of this form is emphasized by a black form sitting directly behind the yellow. The top two-thirds of the background are painted a rich medium-gray tone, and the bottom third is bisected horizontally with black at the base and white above. A bright yellow lifeline runs up the center of the yellow form. Two small red round passages outlined with gray float below the yellow form at bottom center, and a red horizontal line enters the scene at the top right edge and runs left until it almost hits the black and yellow center. Three small fluttery black regions are located above the yellow form at top center. Each has a different colored center: one has a white stroke, one has white and red, and one has white and blue.
