Work Description:
This small painting is composed entirely of a figure's head, which is created by an ochre-colored outline and a green eye at the top center of the form. Behind the outline, two opposing forms face each other and create what might be read as a yin-yang correlation. The brown form on the left is slightly smaller than the black form on the right. Separated down the center by a void, their forms echo one another suggesting that they could almost be pushed together to create one complete form.
