Work Description: 
This color slide features an installation view at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art in California. PH-246 (1951-52) hangs on the left. John Stephan, who purchased it directly from the artist, loaned the painting to LACMA prior to gifting it to the Art Institute of Chicago in 1962. On loan to the museum from 1961-63, PH-337 (1950) is on display to the right.
