Work Description: 
This color slide features an installation view at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery in Buffalo, New York. PH-49 (1954) hangs to the right of David Smith's sculpture "Tanktotem IV" (1953). The museum acquired the painting with funds provided by the philanthropist and art collector Seymour H. Knox, Jr. in 1957. In 1964, Still gifted 31 additional artworks to the institution’s collection.
