This black and white photograph features an installation view from the permanent collection of the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York. Clyfford Still’s PH-384 (1946) is on display between two doorways, while a portion of Jackson Pollock’s “Autumn Rhythm (Number 30)” (1950, cropped) appears on the far right. The museum acquired PH-384 from a private collection through the George A. Hearn Fund and Arthur Hoppock Hearn Fund in 1977.
