Work Description: 
This handwritten note offers basic information about Peggy Guggenheim's "Autumn Salon" at the Art of This Century Gallery in New York. On view October 6 through October 29, 1945, the group exhibition featured works by twenty-nine artists, including leading Abstract Expressionists Willem de Kooning, Robert Motherwell, Jackson Pollock, and Mark Rothko. Still's participation in the exhibition marked the first showing of his artwork in New York.
