Work Description:
|
In this black and white group portrait, a young Clyfford Still poses with six other children in the yard of a house with white clapboard siding. The numbers identifying the house's address, "302" appear on the top step of the stairs to the left. Still occupies the top row, positioned second from the right. While all of the children are outfitted in white clothing, Still wears a unique robe with geometric trim. This portrait probably features Still's cousins.
