Work Description:
A large rectangular black form floats in the center of this composition, tethered to the edge of the canvas at its bottom center. Bare canvas fills in the space surrounding the black form, which splinters at its top and breaks into a smaller black form that seems to rise off the canvas at the top right edge. Just to the left of this smaller black form, a fiery, compact form with a red center and orange and yellow perimeter sits amidst the bare canvas above the large black form. A smaller, pure cobalt blue form hovers between the red and black forms.
