Work Description:
An ominous black mass looms into view from the left and top edges of this medium-sized, square painting. Spreading across an otherwise predominantly bare canvas composition, the black form's edges are jagged and uneven. Small accents in cobalt, red, and orange highlight the forms surface. A white form with a yellow lifeline at its core is barely visible along the right edge of the canvas, seemingly overpowered by the black shape. Another yellow flash appears at the lower left edge, enveloped by the black pigment surrounding it.
