Work Description:
|
There is an avian quality to this composition, with black forms appearing in a clumped formation, but veering off from one another to become individual shapes. Weaving through the black mass is a vertical blue form. There is action in the bottom right corner of the canvas, with additional black forms interrupted with flashes of yellow and red accents. The original canvas plays a vital role as the background, starkly contrasting against the vibrancy of the other colors in the work, giving the work a tangible appearance.
