Work Description:
Two abstracted figures (presumably one male and one female) stand side by side, upright and facing the viewer. They are both simplified, stylized and faceless. Their bodies merge and mingle where their sides touch at center thus creating one singular human mass which dominates the composition and confronts the viewer. The female figure has long blond hair, which falls in front of her body in one thick strand. Two halo-like arcs in gold and maroon hover above the figures (perhaps umbrellas?) shielding them from the impastoed blue-streaked atmosphere around them (rain?).
