Work Description:
|
A deep, glossy olive-green pigment fills this composition. Two gray forms sit along the edges of the canvas; one hugs the bottom left corner and the other hovers along the right edge. Streaks of white paint are scattered throughout these two gray forms. Two patches of matte black pigment float within the shimmery olive-green expanse. The larger of the two resides near the bottom center, and the smaller is suspended near the top edge, left of center. A small yellow dab and two small red specks are set near the top of the upper black form. Dabs of orange, brown and gray flicker across the larger black form, especially in the area where it intersects with the gray form along the bottom left corner.
